Dear valued TMobile - Inseego hotspot users in Dallas ISD,

We regret to inform you that on September 30, 2023, broadband services for the Inseego Hotspot M2000 hotspot will be deactivated. This notification is being sent to you because you have these hotspots on your campus.

All assigned students and staff should have received notification to return their hotspots by the end of 9/30/2023. For campus staff and students, please return your hotspot to your campus main office.

 We understand that many of our students rely on the Internet for their studies, and we are actively working on finding an alternative solution for those needing Internet services at home. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
