Math Teachers

Ms. Natalie Rodriguez

6th Grade Math

Hello! ¡Hola! My name is Natalia Rodríguez Pérez, and I am thrilled to be one of the 6th grade teachers this year at the School for the Talented and Gifted in Pleasant Grove.

Born and raised in Spain, I hold a Master's degree in Chemistry from Universidad de Valladolid in España. I bring over 13 years of experience teaching mathematics, physics, and chemistry at the high school level, as well as 11 years of working with Dallas ISD in both elementary and middle schools. I am truly honored to be part of this incredible community of learners and educators.

As a Distinguished Teacher under Dallas ISD's Teacher Excellence Initiative and an Exemplary Teacher recognized by the Texas Education Agency, I am committed to fostering excellence in my students. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of being nominated for Teacher of the Year at my two previous campuses—L.O. Donald Leadership Academy and Dallas Hybrid Prep—and was a 2022 District Finalist in the Magnet Category. Before joining STAG, I was one of the founding teachers of the first hybrid school in the Dallas area and in Texas.

In my free time, I love traveling, learning from different cultures, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Looking ahead, one of my goals is to pursue a Master's degree in Leadership with a focus on STEM education, as I believe in the importance of preparing the next generation of problem solvers and innovators. I am passionate about nurturing curiosity in my students, setting high expectations, and helping them reach their full potential—¡Sí se puede!

Mrs. Kayleen Roach

Algegra I                                                                         Health/Tech Apps

Hello All!! My name is Kayleen Roach, and I am thrilled to be a part of the STAG family this year! I earned my bachelor’s degree at The University of North Texas in Denton, where I have a minor in Mathematics and a major in Sociology. I have been in Dallas ISD for 8 years and have taught 6-8th grade math. I have 3 amazing little ones who are my pride and joy and I enjoy spending my free time building memories with them. When not at school, I enjoy traveling, baking, cooking, music, and playing Guitar Hero!  I am excited to be your Algebra 1 teacher this year, and I know we will accomplish amazing things.

Ms. Constance Davis

Math 7th, Health/Tech Apps

My name is Constance Davis, and I am looking forward to being your Math and Tech Apps teacher for this school year. This is my first year at TAG Pleasant Grove. I was born and raised in Oak Cliff and I graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. Math shouldn't be scary. In my class, we all have fun solving problems together. Let's have a great year!
