Mr. Adan Arreola
English Language Arts, Math
Hello everyone! I'm Adan Arreola, and I'm thrilled to be a part of your learning journey at Dallas ISD. Born in Cd. Juárez, Chihuahua, México, my passion for education isn't merely a personal choice; it’s a profound legacy, deeply rooted within my family, which I proudly uphold.

Ms. Patricia Bermudez
Self Contained
I was born and raised in Colombia and proudly became the first in my family to attend college. My journey led me to earn a bachelor’s degree in public accounting and later a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico. During my time as a graduate assistant, I discovered my true passion -teaching- and it has guided my career for more than 20 years.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching across all elementary grade levels. I love creating lessons that spark curiosity, challenge students to think critically, and help them see themselves as confident problem solvers. Building strong relationships with my students is at the heart of my teaching. I want every child to feel valued, included, and empowered to succeed.
My work has been recognized both in and out of the classroom. I am currently rated as an Exemplary Teacher under Dallas ISD’s Teacher Excellence Initiative and hold the designation of Master Teacher through the Texas Education Agency for the 2024–2025 school year.
Outside of teaching, I find joy in learning, sharing knowledge, and spending time with my family. I believe education is a spark that can light the way for every student, and it is my greatest privilege to help ignite that spark in the classroom each day.
Mr. Carlos Villarreal
Spanish Language Arts, Science, Social Studies
Hi everyone! I’m Mr. Villarreal, and I get to teach 4th grade and coach the First Lego League team at TAG in PG. If you like building, coding, or creating, come find me! I love helping students grow in math, reading, and test prep—and nothing beats the “aha!” moment when something tricky suddenly clicks.
Before teaching, I studied engineering and business, so I bring a big love for problem-solving, teamwork, and tech into our classroom adventures. I also speak English and Spanish, because everyone’s welcome here!
Can’t wait to see your awesome ideas and big dreams this year—let’s make it amazing together!
